Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We adore our Kiddie Balm customers, and your satisfaction is very important to us! Due to health and safety reason, we do not accept returns on our items. We do want you to be happy with your Kiddie Balm Products: so in the event you are unhappy with your items due to damage or being defective we will gladly re-ship a new product within 14 days of your original purchase delivery. Refunds (if applicable) 
A refund may be approved under certain approvals. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
